The Dignity and Respect policy of the University aims to provides all employees and students with an environment, which is free from discrimination, bullying, harassment or victimisation of any form.

The 51社区 has a panel of Designated Contact Persons who are available to help and who have been trained to deal in a non-judgemental and confidential manner with Dignity and Respect issues. To view the list of contact persons, the Designated Contact Persons Panel can found on the HR A-Z
All employees are requested to attend the Dignity and Respect Workshop.
The purpose of these workshops is:
- To build an understanding of what is meant by Bullying and Harassment.
- To build awareness of the contents of UL's Dignity and Respect Policy with a view to ensuring a work environment where people are treated with dignity and respect.
- To understand the options available to employees who are experiencing an issue of harassment or bullying.
