- All appointments must be booked in advance and made by telephoning the number above. Our phone can be very busy at times. The peak time of the day for phone calls is 9-11am so it may be easier for you to get through after this time. Anyone using an Irish mobile phone may leave a voicemail message if you cannot get through and someone will ring you back. Anyone ringing using an international telephone number will need to ring again as we do not have access to dial international numbers.
- Payment must be made in advance over the phone at the time of booking the appointment.
- Urgent appointments are offered to anyone is acutely unwell, in pain or distressed. The appointment will deal with your urgent issue. You may be asked to book a separate appointment for any other issues you may have.
- NB! You must check yourself in for your appointment using the laptop located in the waiting room. If you do not check in, the medical team will not know that you have arrived.
- When making an appointment, please state the type of appointment you wish to book e.g. doctor, contraceptive clinic, STI screen, nurse, physiotherapy etc.
