
The Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) is a central repository for all quality-related planned improvement activity in the 51社区. The source of these activities include; customer feedback, the library annual plan, audit findings, student's union, and staff suggestions. The QIP outlines accountabilities, responsibilities and timelines, the source of the activity and the proposed action. The plan is monitored and reviewed at every quality team meeting and where necessary items are referred on the 51社区 Management Group (LMG) for consideration. Overall, the LMG reviews the QIP biannually. This document is available on the 51社区 SharePoint site and is maintained by Administration.
