The library is running its 51ÉçÇø Satisfaction Survey from today until November 18th.  The survey is anonymous and your feedback is essential to help us make more improvements.

Your feedback really does make a difference - since our last survey we have made many improvements, including:

• Stopped charging fines for late return of books
• Introduced automatic renewal of your borrowed books
• Doubled the number of ebooks in the library
• Extended weekend and exam time opening hours
• Made SPSS & EndNote software available to download remotely​
• Introduced double monitors on all PCs in the library
• Reorganised library departments & functions to better support UL strategic development 
• Launched New 
• Launched new Special Collections & Archives 
• Introduced a 
• Developed a for students
• Worked with teaching staff to put online reading lists in to module sites using Leganto, linking students directly to recommended readings in the library
• Enabled the automatic extraction of citations for a reference list from the library catalogue and Leganto reading lists
• Made  available for bookings for UL staff
• Deliver a programme of information skills classes for students to support student learning
