As Projects Coordinator at the Health Research Institute (HRI), I support the smooth running and continued development of the Institute by coordinating key operational and strategic activities. I lead many projects within the HRI, assist with funding calls, and support the development and updating of HRI policies and processes. I also play an active role in delivering the HRI Strategic Plan.
A major part of my role is organising and coordinating HRI events, including HRI lunches, workshops, training sessions, research Series and events for early career researchers and the clinical community. In addition to project leadership, I support various Institute initiatives and help maintain organised systems such as SharePoint, the HRI policy repository, and internal databases.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and the wider Operations Team, I provide high-quality operational support and act as a key point of contact for event coordination, member support, and general queries from internal and external stakeholders. I contribute to the efficient running of day-to-day operations and help ensure the HRI functions effectively for all members.
