Tara McCormack, current student on the MA in Journalism won the coveted Gay Byrne Newcomer of the Year award at this year’s IMRO Radio Awards.  Tara is a regular presenter on Midlands 103 and was presented the award at this year’s awards ceremony which took place Friday, 1 October hosted by Dermot Whelan, Today FM.
