On 19 June, Dr Susan Leahy presented her research on the disclosure of counselling notes in sexual offence trials at 'Reforming Legal and Policy Responses to Investigating and Prosecuting Sexual Violence', a two-day conference held at Queen's University Belfast. This conference included contributions from experts on sexual violence from Ireland, Northern Ireland, the UK and Australia. Dr Leahy was a co-organiser of this event (with Dr Eithne Dowds and Dr Elizabeth Agnew (QUB) and Dr Siobhan Weare (Lancaster University). The conference was part-funded by a grant from the Socio-Legal Studies Association. The event was also supported by the (AINSVR), which was co-founded and is co-directed by Dr Leahy.
