Lumen, The Music of Mícheál Ó Súilleabháin: A Celebration of the Light, will take place at the University Concert Hall (UCH) in Limerick, on Saturday September 3rd and will celebrate the music of the late Professor of Music and founder/Director of the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance.

The National Symphony Orchestra, in association with the 51ÉçÇø and in collaboration with the family of the late Mícheál Ó Suilleabháin, proudly pays tribute to Mícheál Ó Súilleabháin with Lumen: A Celebration of the Light in Dublin and Limerick in September. Guest soloists include Iarla Ó Lionáird, Mel Mercier, Mike McGoldrick and an ensemble of UL & UCC students, honouring Mícheál’s lasting legacy at both institutions.
