These appointments coincide with the introduction, for Masters students, of a valuable new module in Arbitration Law and Procedure.

Welcoming the appointments of Mr Reichert and Mr Kelly, Head of the School of Law, Professor Lucy-Ann Buckley said: “UL School of Law’s Adjunct Professor positions are designed to ensure the appointment of distinguished individuals who will contribute significantly to the University. The use of arbitration as a means of dispute resolution has been growing over the last number of decades as it is often a less expensive and faster method of dispute resolution than litigation. Mr Reichert and Mr Kelly are international leaders in the field of arbitration and the School of Law is delighted that they will be able to share their huge expertise in this very important area with our students”.
